We only deliver within the borders of South Africa.

How long will the parcel take to be dispatched?
We endeavour to dispatch all our parcels from our store in Cape Town within 1 working day of purchase but may take up to 2 working days. Please add this time to the delivery times below when calculating the date of arrival of your parcel.

Delivery via Cloud Logistics
For deliveries in Cape Town and surrounds we use Cloud Logistics (door-to-door) and charge a flat rate of R50(within 1 day)

For all other national deliveries we use Cloud Logistics (door-to-door) and charge a flat rate of R85(2-3 days to main centres, 3-5 days to outlying areas)

Please note: no deliveries via Cloud Logistics to PO Box addresses.Someone must be present to sign for the delivery. If you are not available at the delivery address specified, there may be a delay in getting your parcel to you.

How can I track my parcel?
Once the parcel is dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to you via email along with a website address where you can track your parcel.

What if I want my parcel faster?
Overnight shipping is available. Please email for a quote

Can I collect?
Parcels can be collected from our store at 14 Park Rd, Rondebosch, Cape Town. No extra costs will be added. Collections may take place Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm, and Saturday between 8:30am - 12:30pm. Your parcel will be available within 24hrs. 

Free Shipping: Terms & Conditions
We offer Free Shipping on orders of R750 and over. This does not include overnight or expedited shipping. The method of delivery will be at our discretion. Only available on orders delivered within South African borders. Overnight or expedited shipping on orders over R750 will be for the customer's account. If you select the free shipping on the order and then request overnight shipping, we will invoice spearately for that.
