Where is my parcel?

We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 1 working day. Once dispatched we will email you a tracking number.

This number can be used to track your parcel at FastWay (for deliveries to main centres) or Post Office (all other areas)

Please contact us if:

You have not been emailed by us within 48hrs of purchase, or
You have not received your FastWay delivery within 4 working days (of receipt of email), or
You have not received your Post Office delivery within 7 working days (of receipt of email), or
You cannot find your parcel using the tracking number
How can I pay?

Purchases through our online store can be made using Credit Cards (Mastercard or Visa) or Debit Cards. To pay using EFT, please contact us.
What are your delivery times and costs?

We only deliver within the borders of South Africa.

We endeavour to dispatch all parcels from our store in Cape Town within 24hrs of purchase. Please add this time to the delivery times below when calculating the date of arrival of your parcel.

For deliveries in Cape Town we use FastWay Couriers (door-to-door) and charge a flat rate of R30.

For delivery to other main centres (see list below) we use FastWay Couriers (door-to-door) and charge a flat rate of R45/order.

Delivery times: 24hrs: Cape Town (incl. Paarl, Malmesbury, Hermanus, Worcester, Stellenbosch) 48hrs: George, Johannesburg, Pretoria, Witbank, Vaal, Rustenburg 72hrs: Durban, Pietermaritzburg, Richard's Bay, Klerksdorp, Randfontein, Westonaria, Polokwane, Plettenberg Bay, Knysna, Mossel Bay

Please note: no deliveries via FastWay to PO Box addresses. Somone must be present to sign for the delivery. If you are not available at the delivery address specified, there may be a delay in getting your parcel to you.

For deliveries to all other areas in South Africa we use the SA Postal Service (with parcel tracking). Deliveries usually take about 3 days for main areas, and 4 days for outlying areas, but these times cannot be guaranteed. Prices are based on weight and shown below:


0 - 1kg: R25
1 - 2kg: R40
2 - 3kg: R45
3 - 4kg: R50
4 - 6kg: R55
6 - 8kg: R65
8 - 10kg: R75
10 - 12kg: R85
12 - 14kg: R95
14kg +: R100

Once the parcel is dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to you via email.

If you would like us to deliver a parcel via courier service to an area other than in the list above, please contact us directly. Costs are based on weight and location and usually take 2 - 3 days for delivery.

Sorry we only ship within the borders of South Africa.
Can I collect my order?

Parcels can be collected from our store:

No extra costs will be added.
Collections may take place Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm.
Your parcel will be available within 24hrs.
What if you are out of stock or do not have enough stock?

If you are looking for a product that we do not have please contact us and we will endeavour to get that product for you. Please note that some out of products may take quite a while to get to us.
Can I cancel or return an order?

Items may only be returned in the case of damage or if the incorrect product was shipped. In this case the product will be replaced, or if it cannot be replaced a full refund will be given. The damaged/incorrect product must be returned (including all original packaging) within 10 working days and a R50 gift voucher for the online store will be credited to the customer as compensation.

Cancellation of orders by the customer before shipping will attract a 10 percent administration fee. Cancellation of orders by the customer after shipping will require the return of the parcel (shipping to be paid by customer) and will attract a 10 percent administration fee as well as the original shipping fee. Once the parcel is opened, orders can no longer be cancelled.
